Board of Trustees

The primary responsibility of the Board of Trustees is to see that the school operates in the best interests of its students, teachers, and parents. The Board would set the purpose and policies of the school, ensure its financial stability, plan for its future.

• Dina Paulik – Director, Dallas Montessori Teacher Education Programs (AMS affiliated)
• Monisha Chatterjee – Director
• Nyra Potemra – Faculty Trustee/Curriculum Director
• Brad Chatterjee – President
• Soma Banerjee – Vice President

Advisors to the Board

• Marianna M. McGowan – School Law Attorney, Partner, Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd, & Joplin, P.C., McKinney
• Greg McCarty – CPA, Partner, Bucheri, McCarty & Metz, P.C.

The Board meets approximately five times during the school year. A Faculty Trustee is elected by the teachers for a two-year term. The Board also appoints additional members as needed. Parents and teachers provide valuable help by their involvement in the work of the Board.
