Admissions Procedure
An admission is a two-fold process designed to provide parents with the opportunity to learn more about the school, its philosophy and policies, and its people. We think of it as enrolling families, not just students, and our goal is to select families who will both benefit from and contribute to what the school has to offer.
Contact the Admissions Office for the latest information.
The admissions procedure is as follows:
- Parents complete the application and return it with the fee to the Centennial Montessori Academy Admissions Office.
- The Admissions Office sends an acknowledgment card to parents upon receipt of the application and the processing fee.
- Parents are contacted to schedule a meeting with Head of School and/or a member of the Admissions Committee.
- The Admissions Committee reviews the application and all necessary information and makes a decision.
- When the applicant is accepted, an enrollment packet is sent.
- A student is formally admitted when the signed agreement and applicable fees are received by the Admissions Office, and the agreement is countersigned by a trustee of the Centennial Montessori Academy.
